Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Coastal Key Lets website, make an accommodation enquiry, or book a property through us. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay.

1. About Coastal Key Lets

Coastal Key Lets provides furnished accommodation for short-term and temporary stays, including leisure, business, corporate, contractor and other guest requirements.

Property availability, facilities, prices and booking conditions may vary between properties. Relevant information will be provided during the booking process.

2. Making a Booking

Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from Coastal Key Lets and any required payment has been completed.

The person making the booking must have the authority to make it on behalf of all guests included in the reservation.

Guests are responsible for checking booking details, including property, dates, number of guests and charges, before confirming the reservation.

3. Prices and Payments

Accommodation prices will be provided at the time of booking. Prices may depend on the property, length of stay, dates, number of guests and other booking requirements.

Any required deposit, advance payment, security payment or remaining balance will be communicated before the booking is completed.

Guests must make payments using the approved payment methods and within any specified payment period. Failure to make a required payment may result in a booking being cancelled.

4. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact Coastal Key Lets as soon as possible.

Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions may vary depending on the property, booking type, rate and length of stay. The applicable conditions will be communicated during the booking process.

Requests to change dates, properties or guest numbers are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests must follow the check-in and check-out instructions provided for their accommodation.

Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and must be agreed in advance. Additional charges may apply where appropriate.

Guests must return keys or follow any property access instructions provided at the end of their stay.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must use the accommodation responsibly and respect the property, neighbours and surrounding community.

Guests must not:

  • Exceed the agreed number of occupants.
  • Use the property for unlawful activities.
  • Cause excessive noise, nuisance or disturbance.
  • Damage the property, furniture, appliances or other contents.
  • Hold parties or events without prior permission.
  • Allow unauthorised guests to stay overnight.

Property-specific rules, including smoking, pets or parking requirements, must also be followed where applicable.

7. Damage and Additional Charges

Guests may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or breaches of agreed property rules during their stay.

Any damage or maintenance problem should be reported to Coastal Key Lets as soon as reasonably possible. Guests should not attempt significant repairs themselves unless instructed to do so.

8. Property Availability

In exceptional circumstances, a booked property may become unavailable due to maintenance problems, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, Coastal Key Lets will contact affected guests and seek an appropriate solution, which may include alternative accommodation or other options depending on the circumstances.

9. Website Information

We aim to keep property descriptions, photographs, availability and other website information accurate and current. However, minor differences may occur due to property maintenance, replacement furnishings, updates or other reasonable changes.

Website content is provided for general information and should be considered alongside the specific details supplied with your booking.

10. Liability

Coastal Key Lets will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Any liability will be considered in accordance with applicable UK law and the circumstances of the booking.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided when making enquiries or bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection requirements.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on the Coastal Key Lets website.
